Join Ocean CrossFit for the 2017 War at the Shore on Saturday, August 5th!

Where: Ocean CrossFit, 64 Steiner Avenue, Neptune City, NJ
When: Saturday, August 5th from 8:00am to 4:00pm

RX DIVISIONS:

Men's Division (Two Male Athletes)
Women's Division (Two Female Athletes)

SCALED DIVISIONS:

Men's Division (Two Male Athletes)
Women's Division (Two Female Athletes)

Guaranteed three (3) WODs and then a Final WOD for top teams .

12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead

RX = 155/105lb barbell

(Partner A performs 12 deadlifts; partner B performs 9 hang power cleans; partner A perfroms 6 shoulder to Overhead; partner B performs 12 deadlifts; etc…)

Team EVENT 2

9 minute AMRAP
Partner A - Row for Max Calories from 0:00-1:30
Partner B - Max Wall Ball from 0:00-1:30

Partner A - Max Wall Ball from 1:30-3:00
Partner B - Row for Max Calories from 1:30-3:00

And so on..........

*each partner will work for 1:30 and keep alternating until 9min expires*
(Each partner will work a total of 4:30 mins on each movement, but in 1:30 intervals)

Score = Total Reps (total calories + total wb reps)

RX Division = (20/14) 10 ft target.
Scaled Division = (20/14) 9 ft target.

 


 TEAM EVENT 3

Chipper (one partner works at a time)

For Time or Max Reps Completed:
100 Burpees to Plate
100 Box Jump Overs
100 Dumbbell Snatches

*10 minute time cap*

(Must complete the 100 burpees, then box jumps, then dumbbells)

RX Division = (24/20" Box) & (55/35 Dumbbell)
Scaled Division = (24/20" Box *step-ups allowed) & (35/15 Dumbbell)
