Break down of classes
CF = Regular CrossFit classes, with a variety of functional movements including complex olympic lifting
CF LITE = CrossFit Lite, a stepping stone to regular classes including met-cons and regularly programmed strength thats scaled appropriately.
POWER = our very popular Power Hour Class, an endurance class, including old-school style crossfit in metcons consisting of amraps allowing all levels from beginners to high level athletes to be successful.
OPEN = Open Gym Class which allows you to come work on weaknesses, make-up strength, program your own workout, etc.

*This is our power hour class which we highly suggest/recommend for new members trying us out. After taking a class you'll have the opportunity to speak to a coach about what your next steps/options are.
